All bookings can be
made over the phone, via email or in person. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! With advance notice and availability, we will gladly accommodate your specific requirements. Please email or call for more info: 020 7684 5350 or 020 7684 5351 Methods of Payment Individuals: Credit cards (sorry no AmEx), cash, cheques with valid cheque guarantee card, bank transfers, money orders. Please do not send cash via post. Companies: All of above plus Invoices. We accept all major credit cards, surcharge £0.75, no charge for debit cards. Deposit Policy Recording A deposit will be required to confirm all studio bookings. Such deposit shall be equal to 30% of the cost of the total time booked or £40 per 10 hour day. Deposit must be received two weeks prior to session or 48 hour after the booking has been made. BFS reserves the right to waive such deposit requirement in its unfettered discretion. Studio bookings for which no deposit has been received by BFS shall be subject to change or cancellation should management so decide, without notice to client. Deposit Policy Rehearsals A deposit is not required for up to 5 hour slots. Over 5 hour slots: 30% of the cost of total time booked Cancelation Policy Recording Notice of a client's intent to cancel a recording session must be received by BFS no later than 7 days before such session. If notice is not received by BFS, the client shall be liable for the cost of one half of the time booked. Client's deposit is not refundable. Sessions cancelled the same day of the scheduled session will be liable for the total cost of the booked time. The whole amount of unused time booked will be charged to the client irrespective of client's failure to arrive for a session on time or in the event that the client must leave the session early, or if the session is completed before the booked time has expired. Payment in full for materials and fees is due and payable immediately following each session. BFS reserves the right to make other financial arrangements with its clients. Client(s) will pay all BFS's attorney's fees associated with financial collection processes for services rendered by BFS or materials purchased. No recording tapes in BFS's possession shall be released to clients until all open accounts have been settled and all checks tendered as payment have cleared BFS's account. Cancelation Policy Rehearsals Notice of a client's intent to cancel a session must be received by BFS no later than 5 working days before such session. Cancellation fees: 3 Days - 30% of the cost of total time booked 2 Days - 50% of the cost of total time booked 1 day: - 70% of the cost of total time booked Cancelation on a day or no show - full price. Recording - Outgoing Projects If recording for more than one non-subsequent day, the appropriate number of DVDs or CDs will be required for the storage of material in progress. Do allow enough time during the session to check each final mix all the way through once it has been mastered to DAT or CD so that you are certain each track has been recorded to your satisfaction before you leave the studio. If there is a problem or you are unsatisfied with any aspect of the mix, you have a chance to re-record it while the desk and outboard gear is set-up. BFS cannot accept responsibility for recorded media left on our computer or once it has left the studio. We recommend that all clients make back-up copies of everything they do, and store relevant disks and tapes appropriately. Liability Clients assume all risks associated with storing, on the premises of BonaFideStudio, any and all sound recordings, video recordings, or equipment of any kind or nature and shall hold BFS harmless from any and all damage that might occur to said articles for any reason. BFS's liability with respect to "downtime" of any and all studio sessions as a result from equipment malfunction or availability, personnel, hired musicians, acts of nature or public utility companies, etc., shall be limited solely to the studio time of such booked session; and client(s) agree to hold BFS harmless from any and all damages from such "downtime". BFS makes no warranties either express or implied other than those contained herein. BFS shall not be liable for unforeseen of consequential damages of any kind. Should BFS be unable to conduct a booked session for any reason, then BFS warrants that it shall re-book such cancelled booking at another time that is mutually available to BFS and the client. Rates, policies, and equipment may change without displayed, written or verbal notice. BonaFideStudio reserves the right to refuse custom. • Obscene or violent behaviour will not be tolerated. • The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited within BonaFideStudio premises • Sessions cut short due to a client’s wishes will be charged in full. • Any damage incurred to equipment (excepting reasonable wear and tear) will be investigated and repair or replacement invoiced if appropriate. |
